Traffic & Transportation Expert
Christchurch based, full-time position
The Christchurch office of a sharp, national consultancy is looking for a senior CAD operator to bolster the team. With significant project work around the country and specialist design work locally they are known for being experts in their field.
This is to replace a senior member of the team who has moved on. The company is seeking specific skills and experience to replace this person with an operator who is up to speed and familiar with their software.
You will need to be an AutoCAD expert and experienced with its application on civil and roading projects. The majority of your role will be working on traffic/transport engineering projects and providing the detailing for these including; experience with drafting for land development projects, roading design and upgrades, intersection layouts and traffic safety detailing, etc. Working geometric design knowledge with 12D and GIS packages would be an added advantage. This is a live role working in a modern, team environment with those considered experts in the industry.
